Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Queen Kenzi Vinyl Works. By placing an order, submitting a payment, or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

All products offered by Queen Kenzi Vinyl Works are custom-made, personalized, and produced to order based on customer specifications. Because of the custom nature of our work, orders cannot be modified once production has begun.

Payments & Deposits

  • A $10 non-refundable deposit is required before any work begins.
  • Customers may choose to submit the required deposit or pay in full upfront.
  • Full payment is required before shipping or local pickup.
  • Cash payments are accepted for local pickup only and must be agreed upon in advance.
  • No order will be produced, shipped, or released until payment requirements are met.

All payment-related policies are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions.

Estimated Turnaround Time

All orders are custom made. The estimated turnaround time is 7–14 business days beginning after the required deposit or full payment has been received.

Turnaround time does not include weekends, holidays, delays due to customer response time, design approvals, supply availability, or periods of high order volume. Estimated turnaround time is not a guarantee.

Design Previews & Approvals

  • Design previews are provided via the customer’s preferred contact method.
  • Customers have three (3) business days to respond with approval or requested changes.
  • Automatic approval applies only if full payment has been received.
  • Once a design is approved (or automatically approved when applicable), production will begin and no changes can be made.

Abandoned Orders

An order may be considered abandoned if:

  • The customer fails to respond to design previews within three (3) business days, and/or
  • Required payment is not submitted within a reasonable timeframe.

Abandoned orders may be canceled at the discretion of Queen Kenzi Vinyl Works. Deposits and any payments already made remain subject to the Refund & Returns Policy.

Shipping & Tracking

  • Tracking information is provided once an order has shipped.
  • Shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees.
  • Queen Kenzi Vinyl Works is not responsible for carrier delays, loss, or damage once shipped.

Care Instructions

Customers are responsible for following all provided care instructions. Damage caused by improper care, washing, drying, or misuse is not the responsibility of Queen Kenzi Vinyl Works.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

  • Payments for custom-made or personalized items are governed by the Refund & Returns Policy and Terms & Conditions agreed to at the time of order.
  • In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, all relevant documentation will be provided to the payment platform for review.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Queen Kenzi Vinyl Works shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Right to Refuse Service

Queen Kenzi Vinyl Works reserves the right to refuse or cancel service for any lawful reason, including but not limited to abusive behavior, policy violations, non-payment, or fraudulent activity.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Agreement to Terms

By placing an order, submitting payment, or otherwise engaging with Queen Kenzi Vinyl Works, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all referenced policies.
