Payment Methods
All orders placed with Queen Kenzi Vinyl Works are custom made. A $10 non-refundable deposit is required before any order is started. Customers may choose to submit the required deposit or pay in full upfront.
United States ONLY. International orders are NOT accepted.
No work will begin, be produced, shipped, or released until the required deposit or full payment has been received.

Full payment is required before any order is shipped, released, delivered, or picked up.
Cash Payment Policy (Local Orders Only)
- Cash payments are accepted for LOCAL pickup or delivery ONLY.
- Cash payment arrangements must be agreed upon in advance.
- Cash is NOT accepted for the $10 deposit.
- Cash is NOT accepted for shipped orders.
- No order will be released, delivered, or handed over without full payment.
Estimated Turnaround Time
Estimated turnaround time for custom orders is 7–14 business days after the required deposit or full payment has been received.
Turnaround time does not include weekends, holidays, delays caused by customer response time, supply availability, design approvals, or periods of high order volume. Rush orders are not guaranteed unless agreed upon in writing prior to payment.
Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
By submitting payment, you acknowledge that your order is custom made and subject to the policies agreed to at the time of order submission.
In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, all relevant documentation—including order details, payment confirmation, communication records, and accepted policies—will be provided to the payment platform (Venmo or Cash App) for review.
Deposits and payments for custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items are governed by the policies listed below.
